Jessica Webster is a mother, partner, and career pilot residing in New Hampshire. She is a private executive jet captain with 20 years in the aviation industry. Driven by value creation through cultural transformation and continuous improvement, Jessica is the Founder and President of Hera Aviation Group; a non-profit organization and coaching and development-based consultancy group dedicated to making the aviation industry a more inclusive environment for women, caregivers and underrepresented cohorts.
