Becca is an award winning composer, producer, songwriter and singer who is now based in Los Angeles. She specializes in creating music for film, television and media like video games, podcasts and commercials and she also composes concert music.

She’s worked on shows like Dance Moms, The Young & The Restless and Bones and the recently released film on Apple TV+, iMordecai, which stars among other well known folks, Carol Kane (my fav).  I’m so excited to talk to Becca about the psychological thriller Anne, With Love, that is currently in post production. And she’s also a solo performing artist!

This is the one with Colleen Haley!

Colleen was born In Arkansas - then she moved all over the world but went back to Arkansas to begin her journey in the  film industry, ultimately moving to Los Angeles. She started at the bottom as a production assistant and worked her way up to Steadicam Operator and will soon be a ARRI Trinity 1 Operator - which is an amazing alternative to steadicam which we will talk about later..  She’s worked on TV shows, music videos, over 40 films from shorts to features like Mud (with Mathew McConahaughey) and Lucky (Harry Dean Stanton and David Lynch).  She is a supporter of the writers strike and is putting her free time during this work stoppage to hone her skills on the Trinity.

She is the Co-Director of SacFilmChallenge, a music and film festival, and she founded the Sacramento Film Project, which is a film group that focuses on networking and developing filmmakers. Samantha serves on the Board of Directors at Access Sacramento (public access TV and radio) and is certified as a TV and Radio Producer.

This is the one with Jessica Redish

Jessica is an award-winning director, writer & choreographer currently in USC’s School of Cinematic Arts MFA Program. She’s worked with The Smashing Pumpkins' choreographing for their International Tour. Her short films “The Last Croissant” and “AIRWAY” (both Hilarious!) have won  Best Director and Best Comedy awards. 

She is almost compulsively working so it’s no surprise that she’s in post on another comedy called “CAT” that we’ll definitely talk about and she just finished the Oscar Qualifying short “Exit, Pursued by a Bear,” a short movie musical which she wrote, directed, choreographed, and co-wrote lyrics with composer Michael Mahler. Her work has been described as "hilariously twisted” and I definitely agree!
