While plenty of ground has already been broken for the project to build an overpass on Forest Street, an official groundbreaking ceremony will take place on Tuesday, April 1, at 11 a.m. near the Brigham City swimming pool at Pioneer Park. The public is invited to the event, where officials from Brigham City and the state will be on hand to officially start the project.
