There has always been a Black audience for country music but the genre is just recently acknowledging the artists and the consumers.  Mia McNeal,  Senior Director of Industry Relations and Inclusion for the Country Music Association discusses her role with host Monique Kelley and the plans to broaden and amplify country music to all music lovers.
