During his 25 year career, he has been responsible for over $1 billion in multifamily transactions; this includes ground-up new development, value-add acquisitions, and core asset acquisitions. Furr is a graduate of Texas Tech University and received a master's degree in Land Economics and Real Estate from Texas A&M University.
