Tyler Adams is Co-Founder and CEO at COZ, a Web3 software development community pioneering blockchain application. As a pioneer in the space, Tyler has nucleated and scaled a product team of over 30 SMEs to deliver the retail customer and developer experience for an $8BN market cap blockchain platform.

Tyler was instrumental in establishing the accessibility of the NEO ecosystem through a groundbreaking set of Python tools for developers alongside his work to foster a new generation of developers within the academic community. In addition to this, he also architected and led the development of a multi-product wallet platform with over 1 million cumulative downloads.

Tyler has previously presented to the European Parliament on the impact of blockchain on identity and personally identifiable information and its impact on the global workforce in improving forward-looking regulatory decision making. Additionally, Tyler has presented as a thought leader at numerous workshops, developer conferences, and hackathons remotely and across 8 countries physically with a collective participation of over 5,000 individuals.
