On November 26, 2024, Formula 1 released its formal Diversity & Inclusion Charter, outlining all the steps they will take to ensure F1 becomes a more diverse and inclusive sport. In this video, they reference the 2021 Hamilton Commission report, and I break it all down. I have also provided links to the Hamilton Commission report and the F1 D&I Charter below.
