What has caused you trauma within your life? Trauma is typically considered to be caused by really big events, but trauma can occur seven generations back and you may be carrying that and projecting it forward. 

 

In this episode, the Fab 5 is talking about trauma and how we each have experienced it. Everyone’s interpretation of trauma is different, so it’s important to reflect on your own life and what your relationship with trauma is. Some questions that the Fab 5 breaks down are: what is traumatic to you, when do you experience it, and what are some things that you can do to respond to trauma. While facing the trauma and breaking down the causes of it may be difficult and painful to move through, confronting it is a key step to living a healthy and joyful life in order to not be defined by your trauma.
