 Praise is an Attitude and Prayer is an Altitude.

* Prayer is the platform for you to get to your next level.

*The platform for an effective praise is an effective prayer life.

A man consist of the Soul which includes the spirit, mind, feelings and your desires.

When your soul is lifted up, it means you are not doing something right and you are not righteous. Fasting and praying humbles the soul, Luke 18:8.

When you pray, you are humbled before God. When you do otherwise, it's a sign of pride and arrogance. It is a sin not to expect something from God. Leviathan describes the spirit of pride.

 When you are proud, nothing touches you. , Psalm 41:34, Luke 18:24.
