We talked with Heiko Gunther, the graphic designer behind the Glory to Rome Black Box Edition (and The Networks by Formal Ferret Games, Gil's company) and designer of the indie game "The Dice Must Flow" about not so much "breaking" into the industry, but rather easing into it through doing what he loves.
