Everyone has a breaking point due to the pressures of life.
The burden of living a life of character and high value at times takes it's toll. However whenever people cross lines drawn in the sand there will be a response.
I am glad that what we saw at the Oscars was a display of what happens when you cross the line, but also how to respond in professionalism that doesn't make a bad situation worse.
This was a learning tool for us to see the pressure that comes when wearing the crown.
