We are back on the battlefield, this time with a certain defeat due to server balancing. Without making excuses, we kept fighting against teammates who were a pillar on the other side, considering this as a defeated victory. The match begins, and the first thing I do is form a squad in the chat to spawn next to my teammates if we get taken down in battle. Although I started the match with a different weapon, I decided to break my kill streak with a new weapon and no scope.
Nos encontramos en el campo de batalla de nuevo, esta vez con una cierta derrota debido al balanceo del servidor. Sin poner excusas, seguimos peleando frente a compañeros que fueron un pilar en el otro equipo, tomando esto como una victoria derrotada. La partida comienza y lo primero a lo que recurro es formar un escuadrón en el chat para poder aparecer al lado de mis compañeros en caso de que nos hayan abatido en batalla. Aunque comencé la partida usando un arma distinta, decidí romper mi racha de bajas con una nueva arma y sin mira.
The match took a not-so-complex turn, but that didn’t mean we could underestimate the enemies. They managed to conquer zones B and A several times. When the match started turning in our favor regarding points, it was crucial to maintain and conquer zone A as soon as possible. In this screenshot, you can see the scene where I heighten my senses and stay alert to take blind spots for the enemy, as they needed to focus on eliminating us and capturing zone B.
La partida tomó un rumbo no tan complejo, pero no por eso había que subestimar a los enemigos. Pudieron conquistarnos varias veces la zona B y A en un momento. Cuando la partida comenzó a voltearse a nuestro favor en cuanto a puntaje, era crucial mantener y conquistar la zona A lo más pronto posible. En esta captura pueden ver la escena donde dejo mis sentidos agudos y estoy atento a tomar puntos ciegos para el enemigo, ya que debían estar enfocados en eliminarnos y tomar la zona B.
Here’s a quick screenshot of the leaderboard midway through the match, not to brag about the kills, but to show that the weapon was useful without a sight and had manageable recoil. Below, you'll find a screenshot of the exact moment when I go looking for an enemy who was scanned on the map and then lost sight of. I proceed to take one out, and just as I’m in the squad, another one shows up right before dying, and I find myself face-to-face with him... The result of that encounter is in the video. Aquí les dejo una captura rápida de la tabla de posiciones en la mitad de la partida, no para presumir las bajas, sino para mostrar que el arma me fue de utilidad sin mira y con un retroceso cómodo. Más abajo encontrarán la captura del momento exacto donde voy a buscar a un enemigo que fue escaneado en el mapa y se me pierde de vista. Procedo a eliminar a uno y, justo cuando estoy en escuadra, aparece otro justo antes de morir, encontrándome frente a frente con él... At the end of the match, with very little time left to finish and win, the auto-balance switched me to the other side. With some frustration, I remembered the points taken by my former teammates and tried to hold out as long as possible so that my new teammates could help capture. But with the match already decided, it was impossible to bring their spirits down, and we ended up losing, though I managed to surpass my kill streak.
Al final de la partida, quedando muy poco para terminar y ganarla, el autobalance decidió pasarme al otro bando. Con cierta bronca, me acordé de los puntos tomados por mis ex compañeros y traté de aguantar lo más posible para que mis nuevos compañeros ayudaran a capturar. Pero, quedando ya una partida decidida, era imposible bajarles los ánimos y terminamos perdiendo, aunque con una racha de bajas superada.
