Daughter of Change, Ashely Medina, is using her voice and skills to help people break the cycle of poverty.

Ashley is a proud mother of two and a free spirit who loves to spread positivity. She loves meeting people from all walks of life and truly believes that service to others and love are the most important things we can offer in life. 

As a young single mother, who grew up as a minority in poverty, Ashley understands firsthand the barriers and judgments people face while working to overcome economic challenges. Her journey has brought her to places and work she had never imagined, stemming from her courage and compassion to help others and her willingness to speak up.
