Tracy Pound is the Founder and MD of MaximITy, which offers IT training, consultancy, and project management to companies. She's also the chair of the board of directors of CompTIA, the IT trade association. She also serves on the advisory board for Channel Futures and is also the Co-founder of Prism Solutions, an insurance brokerage.
