Today I spoke with Aware Moma, a sex, love, and embodiment coach about why so many of us are settling for lame sex lives. Many of us have what she calls negative sex stories, or assumptions and beliefs that we were taught about sex that aren't healthy, true, and lead us to accept a life without pleasure.

We talk about what some of these misconceptions are, how we can change our mindset around sex because unless you have a medical condition, YOU CAN CUM, and CAN have a great sex life. 💦 If you like pleasure, you're definitely going to want to listen.
