Welcome to the first episode in a new series I have created for you around one of the biggest questions I keep coming back to in my work:
How can I create the success and reach the goal that I have in my life and business without sacrificing myself and burning out, to get there? How can I have my ambition AND my softness?
Because so many high-achieving women have been taught that you have to choose between success and your ambition, OR your life.
More money means less freedom.
More ambition means less presence at home or in motherhood.
More growth means more stress.
More success means eventually burning yourself out.
And when you believe those things are true, they become a ceiling on what you’re willing to create.
So in this first episode, I’m starting at the beginning and we are talking about:
→ The hidden ways we can pursue a version of success we were taught to want rather than the one we genuinely desire
→ The word that leaves the BIGGEST clue that you’re living from someone else’s definition of success
→ The difference between knowing what you could achieve and being honest about what you actually want your life to look and feel like
→ Why creating success without sacrifice starts with clarity—not another strategy
→ A mini audit of questions I want you to sit with before we move into the deeper work in the next episode.

In this episode, I’m unpacking one of the hardest things to discern when you’re making big decisions in life or business:
Is this actually misalignment—or am I just afraid of the discomfort and what is required? Do I push through or pull back??
We are diving into:
→ Why fear and resistance can look a LOT like misalignment
→ How I’ve made major decisions in my own life and business by looking at my values, data, and long-term vision—not just what would give me relief in the moment
→ Why resistance often shows up when the next version of you requires you to become someone different
→ How “practicality,” responsibility, and even “alignment” can sometimes be disguises for avoiding discomfort
→ The questions I use to discern whether I’m being called to move through something or genuinely move on
Because true alignment doesn’t mean nothing feels uncomfortable. Sometimes the most aligned decision and action you can take is the one that feels the scariest and hardest.
The skill is knowing the difference.

You have the idea, the big dream, or that goal you set out for yourself. But, almost immediately, your brain starts asking: But how would that even work? Is this realistic? What if it doesn’t work? What if I waste my time? What if it burns me out??
Before you know it, you’ve turned a desire into a problem to solve—and convinced yourself it probably isn’t possible.
Inside this episode, I’m talking about:
→ Why your brain prefers what’s familiar and certain—even when you consciously want something completely different
→ How high achievers can use logic, research, and overthinking as a very convincing form of self-protection
→ Why your brain tends to collect evidence for the stories you already believe about what is and isn’t possible for you
→ The simple practice I use to start training your brain to notice possibility instead of proof that it won’t work

In this episode, I’m sharing how I’m redesigning my business and my life for my next season of motherhood—and the 4 questions I’m asking myself as I do it.
Because I’m not interested in choosing between being a present mom and being an ambitious business owner.
I’m interested in building a life where both get to exist.
I’m talking about capacity, priorities, what actually deserves my time, and why creating a life that fits your current season might require you to completely rethink the way you’ve been doing business.
If you’re in a season of change—or you’ve been wondering how to grow without sacrificing the life you actually want, this one is for you.

So you want to have a Q4 that's big for your business but SLOW in your life...
In this episode I am talking about how to approach Q4 differently this year: with intention, clarity, and the belief that you don’t have to choose between making serious moves in your business and actually enjoying the cozy, slower parts of the season.
We are diving into:
→ Why so many women mentally count themselves out before the year is actually over
→ The mindset shift that can completely change how you approach the final 90 days
→ Why Q4 doesn’t need to become a frantic sprint to prove what you’re capable of
→ How to create momentum around what you actually want instead of piling more onto your plate
→ Why protecting your time, energy, and holiday plans is part of the strategy—not something you earn after you hit the goal
Because you do not need to sacrifice your December, your energy, or your life to make something meaningful happen in the final quarter.
You’re allowed to go after the goal AND drink the coffee, take the days off, decorate the house, enjoy your people, and actually be present for the season. And this episode I am taking you through a 4 step process to show you exactly how.

In this episode, I’m diving into why you keep abandoning yourself, even when you know exactly what you should be doing.
You can have the goals, the plans, the strategies, and the best intentions… and still find yourself breaking promises to yourself over and over again.
That doesn’t necessarily mean you need more discipline or another strategy. Often, there’s a deeper subconscious pattern at play, one that can make taking care of yourself, prioritizing your goals, or creating space for what you actually want feel less safe, less worthy, or less important than showing up for everyone else.
Inside this episode, I’m talking about:
→ Why knowing the mindset tools doesn’t mean you’ll automatically implement them
→ The subconscious beliefs that can have you prioritizing everyone else while continuously abandoning your own needs and goals
→ How your conscious plans can conflict with the identity you’ve been operating from for years
→ Why trying harder, getting more organized, or adding another strategy won’t necessarily change the pattern
→ The question I want you to ask yourself the next time you break a promise to yourself.
Self-abandonment isn’t always obvious and until you understand the pattern underneath it, you can keep trying to fix a strategy problem that was never actually a strategy problem.

In this episode, I’m unpacking the belief that success has to feel difficult, exhausting, and uncomfortable to actually count and how this really holds so many high achieving women back.
I’m sharing a client story that made this pattern impossible to ignore, and why some of the things that feel the easiest, most natural, and most enjoyable in your business might actually be the things creating the most momentum.
Inside, we’re talking about:
→ Why high-achieving women can distrust ease and enjoyment
→ How your definition of hard work can bring or take the joy from you.
→ The ways we make business and life harder than they need to be
→ Why you might be dismissing the very things that are actually working
→ What changes when you stop building from “I should” and start paying attention to what creates results and feels good
Because suffering is not a prerequisite for success and maybe it’s time to stop making everything so damn hard.

MOST of us high achievers will hold a piece of the perfectionist identity close to our hearts, and it will be the very thing keeping you from your next level in business.
Especially when you are experiencing the "messy middle"
A new season. A new offer. A new identity. A new rhythm. A business that doesn’t look the way it used to. Motherhood. Pregnancy. You name it.
For high-achieving women, uncertainty can make perfectionism feel like productivity: I just need to get more organized. I need more time. I need to figure this out first.
Inside this episode, I’m diving into:
→ Why perfectionism gets louder when you’re in transition or don’t feel in control
→ How waiting for the “right” conditions can keep you stalled at a red light.
→ The difference between having high standards and using perfectionism as protection
→ Why the messy, imperfect version of the thing is often the version that creates momentum
→ A quick 3-step process I use to recognize and rewire perfectionist patterns in real time

A Dolly Parton quote stopped me in my tracks and because it really tied together so many conversations I was having in my DMS and with clients about where they are blocking themselves in their life and business.
We can become so afraid of failing, wasting time, or looking stupid that we stop ourselves before we ever have the chance to begin. We essentially take ourselves out of the game because we are so afraid of being seen trying.
Inside this episode, I’m talking about:
→ Why high-achieving women can become so afraid of failure that they opt out before they even start
→ The perfectionism loop that keeps you waiting for the “right” time, more certainty, or proof that it will work
→ How fear of wasting time can actually keep you stuck in the exact place you’re trying to escape
→ Why failure isn’t evidence that you made the wrong choice — it’s information you need to become the woman who can actually create what she wants
→ What I’ve been seeing inside Homecoming around women struggling to even name what they want because saying it out loud makes the possibility of failure feel real
And we’re getting into what it actually looks like to take off the training wheels and stop requiring certainty before you’re willing to bet on yourself.

In this episode, I’m diving into the part of an identity transition that often gets overlooked and that I have been thinking a lot about lately: the grief of the identity that once gave us purpose, success, security, or worth.
The woman leaving the corporate career she worked years to build. The mom whose children no longer need her in the same way. The woman who built a successful business but no longer wants to live inside the identity that created it. The high-achiever who is ready for more ease but feels strangely attached to the version of herself who could do it all.
All of this is going to bring a process of grieving and maybe feeling like you've made the wrong choice or "lost yourself".
I’m also sharing a simple but powerful exercise you can use to acknowledge, thank, and begin releasing the identity you KNOW is holding you back and you are outgrowing.
If you're in the messy middle of becoming someone new, this is the episode for YOU.
