Natalie helps modern superwomen create the bodies and lives of their dreams by empowering them to put themselves first and take control of their health and well-being. In this episode she walks us through some of the bad health conditions she has experienced and the methods she tried to get healthier. It ultimately led her to a spiritual transformation which led to become active in bodybuilding and doing it in a way that stays focused on being healthy.
