Breast cancer is the number one cancer. Yet most women including those with breast cancer will die from heart disease. Lowering your risk for heart disease may lower your risk for breast cancer! Know your risk factors. I include being African American as a risk factor. Consult with your doctor and design a breast assessment that takes your risk factors into account.
