In this episode, Heather discovered that her daughter was tongue-tied and had difficulty nursing, but after seeing a surgeon who clipped the tongue-tie, her daughter was able to nurse normally and latch without any problems. Bethany also mentioned that parents can seek help from pediatric dentists specializing in tongue-ties, and that the procedure can be done using either scissors or a laser.  They also talked about the importance of advocating for oneself and the use of supportive nursing pillows for breastfeeding twins.
