This guided meditation leads you through several techniques to find deep relaxation and a state of peace. The session begins with finding a comfortable position and a deep breathing exercise designed to melt away tension. This is followed by a systematic body scan , guiding your awareness from the top of your head down to your feet to observe and release tightness. After the body scan, you will silently repeat positive affirmations , such as "I am grounded and centred" and "I am calm and at peace". The meditation concludes with a peaceful visualization , taking you to a safe forest clearing before gently guiding your awareness back to the present moment.
