Breathing Exercise to Help Anxiety

I know it might seem hard to believe, but really, who you are right now, and who I am is enough. Enough for what? Enough to be loved, to receive the spirit of love just as we are in all this brokenness, we are enough. That's breaking down the illusion.


Today I will give you a simple and humble breathing exercise to practice. Often when people suffer from anxiety or a panic attack, the breathing gets out of sorts. The out breath gets much longer than the in breath, and that contributes to some of the uncomfortable sensations and reactions during a panic attack or even general anxiety.


There are a lot of excellent breath work techniques to help bring a sense of balance and good vibes. I know that just regulating my breathing eliminates about 90% of my stress. I encourage you to just breathe and find that you are enough right now as you are.
