In this 5-minute breathwork experience, we are breathing into safety. 

Sometimes we can get caught in the chaos of the world and forget to remind our bodies that we are safe. That the stressors we experience throughout the day and not actually a threat to our survival. You are safe. Take this time and breathe with me bringing safety to every cell of your body. 

We are breathing slowly and deeply through the nose, in and out. Invitation to focus on bringing your breath into your belly as you inhale and making your exhales longer than your inhales. 

Nose breathing, belly breathing, and longer exhales are three ways we can activate our parasympathetic nervous system, our rest and digest nervous system. Combing them all together is p.o.w.e.r.f.u.l. Try it out!
