In this teaching Ashley Jorgensen teaches us about the importance of Sabbath. We explore how God designed Sabbath for us and how Jesus taught it to live a life that includes Sabbath as a regular rhythm.

Jesus was one of the busiest people to ever live, but showed us how we can live with Breathing Room amidst the busy. He taught us how to have healthy rhythms in our lives.
