Breathing is life. If you're not breathing, you're dead. If your breathing is impaired, you're not in peak health. Breathing has a major effect on your mood and overall health. As important as breathing is, I think most people take it for granted. After all, breathing is something you do without having to give it any real thought; It's automatic. We breath even when we're unconscious. At the same time, breathing is something we can consciously control, up to a point. In today's episode we'll consider the importance of proper breathing technique and the value it can have on your life. Most people know that they should use their diaphragm to breath, but they use their chest muscles instead.
