Community leaders, law enforcement and citizens came together for a town hall called “Breathing While Black” to address the relationship between the black community and law enforcement in the country. The town hall was held at Florida Memorial University and was presented by the South Florida chapter of the National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ-South Florida).
