About 11,900 of these fans and noise machines were sold in the US and an additional 140 were sold in Canada online through Amazon, Shopify, Kickstarter, and other retailers from June 2023 through December 2025.
Stop using these fans and cut the power cord. Go to the company’s website, getsnooz.com, to register for a free replacement and follow instructions to upload required photos. For more information, call the company at 1-855-953-4125 or use the email [email protected].
