In this episode we talk to bassist and composer Brendan Keller-Tuberg. Brendan is a jazz composer and bass player who has studied in Australia and the US. We caught up with him having recently returned to Canberra.  

We talk with Brendan about his time in the US studying the bass. We talk about his experiences playing in a band and being the composer as well as being the leader of the ensemble. Brendan also tells us about his musical influences and his thoughts on broad listening. We discuss his thoughts about where jazz is at today and what the future of the style might hold.
