In this episode of the podcast we have Mr. Brendt, better know as The_Fireman_Freddy (Freddy for short). A Firefighter in the state of Michigan, Freddy shares his story and outlooks on his life as a Firefighter. Him and I dive into his background, thoughts about the job, and a bit into how he manages his mental health. 
Freddy (as his close friends call him), also gives us his story on how he became know as The_Fireman_Freddy. A Firefighter sharing simple recipes he cooks at the station for his crew, and sometimes at home for his family.
