The decision by the grand jury leaves a lot to be desired. This young lady was shot down in her own home and it seems there is not justice served. I think this may be the first of many charges, I hope anyway. They have to prove criminal negligence before he can be charged with involuntary manslaughter. It seems Black Americans are not served by the justice system.
