We interview Tevin the Head Brewer (NOT Master Brewer, our bad dude) and he elaborates on what it takes to become a successful brewer here in New Mexico AND how they survived "2 weeks to flatten the curve ". This episode is another step in the evolution of the Pod as we get a bit better at the whole "on location" thing.
