The Milwaukee Brewers have successfully tendered a one-year contract to first baseman and outfielder Jake Bauers for $2.7 million, but six other arbitration-eligible players, including catcher William Contreras, first baseman Andrew Vaughn, and second baseman Brice Turang, have not reached deals. Contreras, whose $12 million option was declined, is expected to see a significant salary increase, while Vaughn and Turang are projected to earn around $7.8 million and $4.4 million, respectively. Trevor Megill, an All-Star closer, is also in negotiations.
