Harry & Deb spent 10 years managing a 5 location coffee business in Chicago. 

During their tenure, the business increased from $2M gross sales to $3M/year and increased average daily sales from $4-5,000/day to $12-15,000/day. 

These sales also required managing a commissary that made on average 500 pieces (sandwiches, salads, wraps) a day. 

Deb is a retired CPA who spent many years working with small business owners in all facets of their businesses and

Harry is retired from 30 years in manufacturing management, where he excelled in creating sustainable systems and improving and changing corporate culture. 

Together, their areas of giftedness cover about 90% of what it takes to run a small to medium sized business and help it thrive!
