Elizabeth Rico is a Venezuelan native who went to school for Marketing but later choose to receive further education in the art of Coffee Making! She later moved to New York City where she became a professional barista and later manager of the French American Company Le Cafe Coffee. She offers unique perspective of having worked in the service industry as well as the corporate industry of her job and the importance and relevance of both sides! 

Although all jobs may not be viewed equally by society, but at the end of the day we are all human beings and should treat each other EQUALLY regardless of your job, position, title, or industry. Those are not a definition of who you are, your character, or the IMPACT you are having on those around you.
