Hey Everyone,  This week's episode talks about how I've been surviving this pandemic. Now that the 3rd wave has hit Ontario I've had to make certain adjustments to ensure that my mental and physical are well. But before I get to that I talk about the violence that has occurred over the past few weeks in the US and Canada. There have been too many incidents that have led to people dying and a lot of trauma. We need to come together and speak on these heinous events so that we can impact change. Enjoy, Cassandra Melody
