The UK edges toward its final deadline to send a Brexit deal to its parliament for vote. PM May’s draft deal faces fierce opposition from a variety of stakeholders and is unlikely to pass. Though May has consistently ruled out a second referendum, the ECJ is being asked to interpret whether Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty allows Britain to unilaterally reverse its decision to leave the EU.
