We have Bri McDaniels on today talking about dealing with racism and black motherhood. You may know her as @moonandcheeze on Instagram as the black woman with an afro that is spreading awareness by publishing her photography of her breastfeeding her two daughters. We talk to Bri about how she got into photography, how she ended up in Seattle, her life as wedding photographer, and how she is where she is now. She also goes into discussion more about the maternal mortality rate, how she constantly feared of her dying due to a racist medical system while she was pregnant.
