Scott Dolch is the President & CEO Connecticut Restaurant Association.  The Connecticut Restaurant Association (CRA) yesterday called for the creation of a new ‘Connecticut Hospitality Fund’ aimed at supporting tourism, workforce development, and local economic development, all of which will benefit the state’s hospitality industry. The program would be funded by utilizing Connecticut’s existing 1% tax on meals and beverages, which last year generated more than $90,000,000 for the state’s general fund
