This week, I’m excited to be joined today by Coach Brian Eskildsen. Coach Eskildsen is a 13-year coaching veteran in NCAA Division I basketball, having spent his entire career working at high-level academic institutions that enjoyed success, including Rice, Stanford and Harvard.

Before starting at Georgia Tech, he helped lead Harvard to three Ivy League championships, a trip to the NCAA tournament in 2015 and NIT berths in 2018 and 2019.

Coach Eskildsen is passionate about having an impact on his players both on and off the court and will share some very practical tools that could be used by coaches at any level.

About Jason Mejeur (Coach J)

Jason has 15+ years of experience coaching basketball at the college and high school level and has lived on the sidelines and in the locker rooms working to build teams and inspire athletes. His mission is to build authentic relationships with his players so that he can impact them beyond the basketball court.

More recently, Jason founded the OWN IT System to help bring data-driven sleep and health coaching to student-athletes and their teams.
