Brian Follin – Consistency is the Key

Meet Brian Follin, he is 35 yrs old, in the AirForce Reserves and a full-time student. Brian had a wake up call after measuring his waist for a military test. This led him and his wife to begin the 6 Week Challenge on Feb. 4th. They completed the Challenge right before COVID closed down businesses temporarily. Brian lost approximately 30lbs. Their motivation remained after the 6 Week Challenge along with help from the amazing trainers at BoomFit (shout out to Kyle Boeck), and they maintained a rigorous workout routine through out the quarantine. Brian shares a wonderful story about achieving goals, health, and consistency.
