Brian Nogaro understands what it takes to build a team. Over the last three years, he has built teams that establish the foundations of businesses through his non-profit organization JCI Toronto where he holds the position of Executive Vice President. He is also the Vice President of Sales for Alarm Guard Security Services Inc. and firmly believes that at the heart of every team is a culture where common beliefs reside. His goal is to guide young people as they navigate their way into the professional world and help them develop long-term skills for success.
