Deputy Rutledge has been in law enforcement for nearly 30 years and has been with the Sacramento County Sheriff's Office Aviation Unit for the last 15. He has a plethora of knowledge and experience with various aircraft. We talk about career progression, attitude, mindset, the job itself and most of all, what it means to be apart of the Thin Blue Line.
