The Battler and Brian Shaw continue their discussion about the Constitution, the state of our political system today, and what we can do about it. Brian points out the serious mistakes Bob Hawke and all the State Premiers made when drafting and enacting the Australia Act, proving that every government, every legal decision, every conviction since the Australia Act was enacted in 1986 has been based on a Fraud, and therefore there has been no law at all. More importantly, Brian explains what we, the People of the Commonwealth, can do to remedy the situation.
