This book talks about love and compassion, and one thing that really sparked me about this book was how to think critically when we meet spiritual teachers/psychics/mediums. And I was really not so great at that, so I wanted to share some points related to this. :)

1. Carefully weigh any information or material you receive from a psychic on the scale of your own intuitive wisdom.
2. True growth is an inner process.
3. Opportunists usually charge a lot of money, and attempt to make you depend on their advice.
