Episode 2! Today I met with my girl Brianna to talk about Anxiety, Depression, & Therapy. Both of us have dealt with this for a good portion of time & we just want to bring awareness to this subject to let people know they aren't alone, to provide tips, & just bring some normalcy to "talking it out" instead of keeping it inside!
