Officer White has been given his most high profile assignment. The transportation of a convicted bomber to the Board’s reeducation facility in Queen’s Harbor. He and his partner Officer Black are in charge of the operation. Only there is something troubling about the old man they’re transporting whose secrets and lies bind the three men together.
