E-Comm Sales in this Q4 are expected to be the highest ever while Retail Stores sales have been declining.

This all originates from the fact that consumer behaviour has shifted to a more online shopping presence due to the ease and simple flexibility with it. If you think about the actual concept of brick and mortar stores in today’s modern world with Voice emerging the whole concept of needing to leave your house to purchase a product is something that sounds ancient.

On the same line not to say retail stores are dead but we can see change in consumer behaviour and fading dominance these stores once had.
