This is part two of my interview with Col Shoney Webb. In this episode we talk to Col Webb who provides his insights on leadership in the Air Force, and mental health. We also talk about perception and views of others while being your true and authentic self. He is a sitting Group Commander who is originally from Florida. He is a father who is grounded to his family & faith, a 21R who has been in the game for some time, and a proud member of the Omega Psi Phi Inc. fraternity. He had this to say, “Diversity of thought and background matters…compare yourself against peers who don’t look like you and you value yourself around people that don’t look like you!”
