This is part one of my interview with Col Shoney Webb. In this episode we talk to Col Webb who provides his insights on leadership in the Air Force. He also highlights what worked for him as a former Squadron Commander and now a sitting Group Commander. Originally from Florida, he is a father who is grounded to his family & faith, a 21R who has been in the game for some time, and a proud member of the Omega Psi Phi Inc. fraternity. He say’s, “You tolerate what you allow, bad behavior does not get better over time, cut it off immediately!”
