Our guest on this episode moved to Alaska at the age of 5 and got her first sled dog. She competed in sprint mushing throughout her childhood. Her father and stepmother are some of the greatest mushers of all time, Allen Moore and Aliy Zirkle. It was them who introduced her to long distance mushing.
