Elena Iacono is a professional communicator with leading experience in organizational communication, leadership branding and employee engagement strategy. Living in Toronto, Canada, Elena is a communication champion.

 

Elena’s career is marked by expertise and knowledge on the topic of internal communications, employee recognition, corporate culture, senior leadership communication council and strategic communication.

 

Elena holds a Bachelors degree in Communications from the University of Ottawa and also holds a Master in Professional Communication from Ryerson University in Toronto.

A frequent lecturer at York University, Seneca College, McGill University,Elena provides her insight and perspective to Corporate Communication students, helping them learn real-life contemporary examples to help them with their careers in communications.

In her spare time, Elena leads fundraising initiatives to promote child literacy and the importance of early reading amongst kids.
